Return Policy
- Returns will be accepted up to 60 days from date of customer receipt.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Due to manufacturer policies, some returned items are subject to restocking fees.
- DVD Product(s) must be in new and re-saleable condition with original packaging.
Return Instructions
Please follow these easy steps:
- Go to your local post office and purchase a Parcel Post self seal mailer.
- Carefully insert your Amray/DVD case and a page with your name, address, telephone number, date of purchase and a copy of the order receipt received from us over the Internet when you made your initial purchase into the PP mailer.
- Complete the Return and Ship To section on the front side of your PP mailer.

- Mail your package to us using PP first class US Mail.
You will be issued a credit refund once your package has been received in good condition.
